Delivery options

Available delivery destinations, services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. If a delivery option is not available for your address, please contact us before ordering.

Preparation time depends on the piece and any resizing or other work agreed with you. If you need your jewellery for a particular date, contact us before purchase so we can discuss timing.

Made-to-order jewellery

For items marked Made to order, please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, unless another timeframe is agreed before purchase. This is the delivery estimate for these items; a carrier's transit estimate is not a promise that a piece still being made will arrive within that shorter period.

We will contact you if we become aware of a delay and explain the updated timeframe and available options. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

Delivery enquiries

Check your delivery details carefully before placing an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Please retain the packaging and photographs of any damage where possible.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.

Collect from our store

Where pickup is available at checkout, collect from Ordekian Jewellery, Shop G16B Chevron Renaissance, 3240 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217.

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before visiting. Made-to-order, custom and resized pieces need their agreed preparation time before collection. A general pickup estimate does not mean a piece that still needs to be made is ready.

Bring your order confirmation. If someone else will collect for you, contact us beforehand to arrange this. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm. Sunday visits are by appointment. Please check with us about public-holiday hours.
