Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. All return requests are handled directly by our team by email.

14-day change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, email info@ordekianjewellery.com.au within 14 days of receiving your purchase to request a return. Include your order number and the item you would like to return.

For a change-of-mind return, the jewellery must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition, with any supplied packaging, certificates and accessories.

Custom-made jewellery

Due to its individual nature, custom-made jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind. This includes pieces designed, personalised or engraved specifically for you. This exclusion does not remove your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to return an item

Please contact us before sending your jewellery back. We will provide the return address and instructions, and confirm return delivery arrangements and any applicable postage costs with you. Please pack the jewellery securely and keep your proof of return delivery.

Once an eligible change-of-mind return has been received and assessed, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method. If you prefer an exchange, let us know; we will confirm availability and any price difference before proceeding.

If something is wrong with your purchase

If your jewellery is faulty, does not match its description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue. Photographs may help us assess the problem.

For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For other failures, we will provide the remedy required by Australian Consumer Law. We cover reasonable return costs where required for a consumer-guarantee claim.

The 14-day limit, original-packaging condition and custom-item exclusion apply only to change-of-mind returns. They do not limit your statutory rights, which also apply to custom-made, made-to-order and sale items.
