Choosing your size

Check the size shown in the product description or size selector before ordering. If a size is not listed, or you are unsure which size to choose, contact us before purchase so we can confirm the details.

You can visit our Surfers Paradise store for sizing assistance. If the ring is a gift or a surprise, contact us to discuss your options.

Complimentary resizing

Complimentary resizing is available for minor size adjustments where the ring’s design, stones and setting allow it to be resized safely.

Some rings can only be resized up or down by a limited amount. Resizing beyond these limits can compromise the ring’s structure or setting.

When additional charges may apply

Resizing beyond a minor adjustment, or work requiring stones to be removed and reset, may incur an additional charge. The scope of complimentary resizing and any additional charges are determined at the discretion of Ordekian Jewellery management at the time of purchase, based on an assessment by our qualified jewellers.

Please contact us before purchasing to confirm whether the ring can be resized to your required size and whether the adjustment is complimentary. We will confirm any charge and additional time with you before you authorise the work.

If resizing is not suitable for a particular ring, we can discuss whether an alternative size or a custom piece is available.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
