Made to order

A made-to-order piece uses an existing design and is made after your order is placed. Where a product is marked Made to order, please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for delivery unless another timeframe is agreed before purchase.

If your piece is needed for a wedding, gift or another fixed date, contact us before ordering to discuss whether that date can be met.

Custom commissions

A custom commission is designed or adapted specifically for you. We will confirm the design, metal, gemstone details, size, price, payment arrangements and estimated timeframe with you before production begins.

Please review your agreed specifications carefully. Any deposit requirements, cancellation terms or charges for changes will be explained before you commit. If you request a change after approval, we will explain any effect on the price and timing before carrying out additional work.

Natural gemstones can differ in appearance. Where a new gemstone is being sourced for your piece, we will agree its relevant characteristics with you. We will not substitute a materially different stone or metal without your agreement.

Changes, delays and collection

Contact us promptly if you need to discuss your order. We will let you know what is possible at its current stage. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you with an update and the available options.

For collection orders, wait for our ready-for-collection confirmation before visiting.

Returns

Custom-made jewellery is excluded from change-of-mind returns because it is created specifically for you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
