Shopping with Ordekian Jewellery

Prices and your selections

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Review the selected metal, gemstones, size, quantity and other options carefully. Delivery charges and the order total are shown at checkout before payment.

If a price or selected option appears inconsistent, please contact us for clarification before completing your purchase.

Order details and payment

Please check your contact and delivery details and any made-to-order notice before ordering. Use the payment instructions provided at checkout. For a bank-deposit order, use the reference shown in your order instructions.

Contact us promptly if you need to request an order correction. We will explain what can be changed and any effect on cost or timing before additional work is agreed.

If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Delivery, custom orders and returns
